Terms of use
The short version: DumpRadar is an informational tool built from public records. Use it to ask better questions, not as a professional verdict.
Last updated July 5, 2026
What DumpRadar is
DumpRadar aggregates public environmental records (EPA databases, federal emissions reporting, FEMA flood maps, census data) into risk summaries for US waste sites. It is not a professional environmental site assessment, and its scores and zones are estimates. Don't rely on it as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, health, or legal decision.
Public records contain errors and gaps, and we refresh on a schedule, so a report can be incomplete or out of date. Where data is missing we say so rather than guessing.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you save and for keeping your password to yourself. We may close accounts that abuse the service, for example scraping at a volume that degrades it for everyone else.
Paid plans
Pro plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account page. You keep Pro access through the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, DumpRadar isn't liable for decisions made, or losses incurred, based on the information it presents.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date below reflects the latest revision. Meaningful changes will be visible here.
